Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals how club responded to Jesse Lingards controversial Snapchat holiday video

Ole Gunnar Solskaer has confirmed that Jesse Lingard has been disciplined internally after the player posted a controversial video on Snapchat last month.
The England international posted the clip from his holiday in America with team-mates Marcus Rashford and Ro-Shaun Williams and friend Jamal Branker, which caused a bit of a stir due to the crude remarks Lingard makes on camera.
It was reported at the time that Solskjaer was furious that the video had been made public and intended to deal with Lingard at the earlier opportunity.
It appears that has happened as the Norwegian confirmed that the issue had been concluded, stating that he is a keen disciplinarian at Old Trafford.
That has been dealt with internally, said Solskjaer. I am old school, old-fashioned, quite big on discipline. I am quite big on self-discipline and I cant spoon feed all these players, they have got to do it themselves.

Of course, I have had many, many years at this club and I have seen which players have been successful and those characters. You have got to be a strong character to play here.

It is not like I can tell pass from A to B to C to D. They have to make their own decisions, and in life as well.
The nature of the punishment, if any, that Lingard received is not known, with the Norwegian trying to instill some self-discipline in his players as well.
