Greenwich (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Greenwich Council has received the latest planning applications, detailing new proposals and developments under review across the borough.

Plans for additional additions, loft conversions, tree removal and crown reductions, and renovations to both residential and public buildings are among the proposals.

What are some recent examples of the Greenwich planning applications?

Greenwich Council has submitted a number of planning applications recently for various residential extensions, conversions and new units in Eltham and surrounding locations. The applications have included new housing units, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), residential extensions and loft conversions, and many are now registered, and also awaiting determination.

Planning applications received by Greenwich Council in September 2025, include a number of residential developments and modifications which are primarily located in Eltham. 

Six new residential units are to be built at the back of 28 West Park, Eltham with new access and landscaping changes (Ref. 24/3211/F).

794 Sidcup Road will change its use from a single family dwelling to a 5 bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Ref. 25/1213/F).
