Scheduled from June 3 to June 7, Indulge marks the grand debut of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards in Las Vegas, promising a lavish celebration of gastronomy and cultural exchange.
Since its inception in 2002, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants has been a beacon for culinary excellence, celebrating the diverse flavors and innovations that define the global dining scene.
For its Las Vegas premiere, Resorts World is not merely a host but a pivotal partner, curating an unforgettable lineup of events that showcase the talents of esteemed chefs and mixologists from around the world.
Among the culinary luminaries headlining Indulge is Daniel Ontiveros, Corporate Executive Chef of Carver Road Hospitality, known for his mastery of fine dining honed at renowned establishments worldwide. Joining him is Devin Hashimoto, Executive Chef of Resorts World Las Vegas, whose innovative approach has redefined Las Vegas’ culinary landscape.
Francesco Lafranconi, VP of Beverage & Hospitality Culture for Carver Road Hospitality, brings his globally-acclaimed mixology expertise to the mix, ensuring each cocktail is presented as though it were conjured from a physicists dream. Also featured are Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George, Co-Executive Chefs of the Michelin-starred, Camphor, in Los Angeles, renowned for their mastery of French and Asian fusion cuisine.
Nicole Brisson, Executive Chef and Partner of Brezza and Bar Zazu; and Tal Ronnen, Owner and Executive Chef at Crossroads Kitchen, shall add their distinct culinary perspectives to the festivities. The week kicks off with the exclusive World’s 50 Best Restaurants Welcome Dinner at Carversteak, where guests will indulge in a bespoke menu crafted by Chef Ontiveros and master mixologist, Lafranconi, alongside a stellar lineup of former No.1 chefs from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The event sets the stage for a week of culinary exploration and celebration.
Indulge continues with a series of curated events hosted by Resorts World, including the Industry Only Afterparty at Jalisco, where guests will savor omakase prepared by Sushi by Scratch Restaurants and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee, complemented by caviar from Astrea Caviar and craft brews from Big Noise.
Highlighting the diversity of culinary traditions, ¡VIVA! and Brezza will collaborate on “A Night with ¡VIVA! x Brezza,” offering a six-course feast that blends Mexican flavors with modern Italian techniques. Ciaohola?!
