UK (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Singer D4vd is expected to face murder charges in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, according to a report citing law enforcement sources.
According to TMZ on Monday, prosecutors would probably use a grand jury to pursue the case.
After the car was taken from the Hollywood Hills region in September, Rivas’ body was found inside a Tesla belonging to D4vd.
Sources informed KABC last month that the 20-year-old singer of “Romantic Homicide” probably got assistance in trying to hide the teen’s body in the car since it would have required many people to dismember her.
The musician had been sleeping at a rental house in Hollywood Hills, where police later served a warrant and confiscated goods, including a laptop.
The victim was known to D4VD, according to the authorities. He cooperated with investigators at first, but as the probe grew more intense, he later canceled tour dates.

Robert Morgenroth, the manager of D4vd, testified for several days.
In a courtroom hallway, a TMZ reporter claimed to have heard Morgenroth tell his lawyer that prosecutor Silverman was “very pushy” when asking why he hadn’t called the police.
According to reports, Morgenroth replied that it was not his job and that his job was to keep D4VD’s tour going.
