Southwark (Parliament Politics Magazine) – A 60-years-old man is in critical condition after a fight on Maddock Way in Southwark, with police investigating the circumstances surrounding the assault.
On Thursday, November 20, at approximately 1:15 p.m., emergency services were summoned to Maddock Way in Southwark.
The victim suffered severe injuries, and according to the police, he got into a fight just before.
After being brought to the hospital, his condition was determined to be life-threatening.
There haven’t been any arrests yet.
A spokesperson for Met Police said:
“At 13:15hrs on Thursday, 20 November police were called by London Ambulance Service to Maddock Way, Southwark after a man sustained serious injuries.
It’s believed that the man was involved in an altercation prior to sustaining his injuries.
The man in his 60s was taken to hospital, where his condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
No arrests have been made at this stage and officers continue to make enquiries.
