Ealing (Parliament Politics Magazine) – A newly built apartment development in Ealing has won a prestigious London award, praised for its architectural design and contribution to urban housing.
As reported by Ealing News, for their Fairstone Apartments project in Ealing, real estate developers Kisiel Ltd. won the 2025 London Master Builder Awards’ House Builder of the Year title.
Constructed on an abandoned Network Rail brownfield on the A406, the development was honored as part of the Federation of Master Builders’ yearly celebration of real estate in the capital.
The complex, which has 21 built-to-rent apartments, is situated on Inglis Road. Its efficient use of space and architectural design throughout three residential blocks impressed the judges.
Speaking to EALING.NEWS, Annie Summun, director of public affairs at Kisiel Group, said:
“The Kisiel team were thrilled to receive the Housebuilder Award at the MBAwards in London.
It is hugely rewarding to see the quality of our work recognised by a panel of independent judges, especially as this development had a complex roof design which is its outstanding feature.”
Richard Hibbert remarked on its “unusual design with plenty of challenges,” while Judge Peter Keates described it as “a great use of land to provide such nice-looking properties.”
Laura Gerokostas of SMC Property, the client on the scheme, added:
“Kisiel’s professionalism and quality keep us coming back… the completed works reflect the high standards we value.”
Kisiel Ltd will now go on to the Master Builder Awards in Manchester this September to compete for the national crown.
What makes the Fairstone Apartments project stand out in Ealing?
It provides 21 well-thought-out one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes that are all carefully designed to give contemporary family living with amenities like conservatories or winter gardens and access to exquisitely planted community gardens.
The development was built by the renowned OAOA Architects, which guarantees a high level of architectural quality and a design that blends in with the character of Ealing Common and the surrounding commercial sector of Uxbridge Road.
Modernity and local architectural context are balanced by the building’s use of Traditional Brick & Stone’s Maranello facing brick, which gives it a modern yet complementing look that merges in perfectly with its urban surroundings.
Nestled between Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common, and North Ealing stations, it offers easy access to transportation around London and is near a number of bustling retail establishments.
