One of the largest is a re-consultation for the Lewisham Shopping Centre redevelopment (Ref. 25/2942/K). They mentioned that the update aims to clarify vehicle access and refine the plans as part of a hybrid application.

In September 2022, Landsec, the owner of the Lewisham Shopping Centre, announced plans to redevelop the site. The proposed project includes the construction of over 1,700 new homes, the creation of new community spaces, a performance hub, and the development of a green meadow park running through the centre.
The redevelopment aims to transform the shopping centre into a modern mixed-use urban space. Studio Egret West has been selected as the lead architect for the project. The construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with an estimated completion date in the late 2030s.
