Ealing (Parliament Politics Magazine) – The University of West London has earned Business Enabler of the Year at the Chambers of Commerce Awards in Ealing, recognising its regional impact.
The festivity, held last week( November 21, 2025) at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith, recognized businesses and organisations from Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Hounslow.
The Business Enabler of the Year award is granted to an organization that helps other businesses thrive via innovation, collaboration, and specialized services.
Suresh Gamlath, UWL’s province-chancellor for business growth and hookups, said the prize honored efforts across the institution.
He said:
“We are delighted to have won Business Enabler of the Year 2025. This category is highly competitive, and our goal was to win after being highly commended last year.”
The university also received a highly commended recognition in the Diversity and Inclusion Award.
