WASHINGTON, 4 June (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Wall Street banks in New York are aggressively promoting the upcoming SpaceX initial public offering. Major firms like JPMorgan and Bank of America are hosting exclusive events to drum up investor interest as SpaceX prepares for its massive Nasdaq market debut next week.
Financial Giants Drive Global Investor Interest
The upcoming SpaceX offering seeks to raise $75 billion at a target valuation between $1.75 trillion and $1.8 trillion. JPMorgan Chase is spearheading this major push with significant intensity. On Thursday, CEO Jamie Dimon, alongside Asset and Wealth Management CEO Mary Callahan Erdoes, will host a live interactive discussion from the bank’s Manhattan headquarters. This specific event will be broadcast to roughly 90 private bank locations across 26 states, reaching over 2,500 elite clients. Furthermore, the bank has invited more than 5,000 clients across its private bank and Merrill Lynch to dedicated market launch parties streamed across the country.
Bank of America is similarly organizing its massive financial advisor network through high-end fireside chats. These presentations are being live-streamed directly to key markets and wealth management offices. Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley has scheduled a dedicated wealth management event for Monday. Hosted by Head of Wealth Management Jed Finn and lead IPO banker Kate Claassen, the session is designed to bring top financial advisors and high-net-worth clients into the fold to hear directly from leadership.
“Wall Street investment banks are aggressively competing for a slice of the historic initial public offering, rolling out exclusive, flashy promotional events and live launch parties to pitch the deal to thousands of wealthy private clients and financial advisors,”
a senior source stated.

Strategic Participation In The Massive Roadshow
SpaceX executives are participating directly in these bank roadshows. The leadership team is focused on selling investors on the company’s massive $28.5 trillion addressable market, which hinges on its newly expanded artificial intelligence infrastructure and space-based data center initiatives. The competition to court retail and private wealth stems from a massive struggle over the deal’s structure and future prestige. While Goldman Sachs secured the lead-left underwriter position, a massive syndicate of 23 banks is currently sharing the underwriting pool. Even as Elon Musk reportedly negotiates to slash standard fees, the historic $75 billion raise is expected to net Wall Street firms a record-breaking collective payday of roughly $500 million. Official roadshows are slated to intensify beginning June 8, with final pricing targeted for June 11 at $135 per share, followed by public trading on June 12. This listing represents a defining moment for modern capital markets and the future of commercial space exploration globally.
