UK (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Manchester United start Amad Diallo and Bryan Mbeumo against Bournemouth, with both players set to join their national sides for AFCON later this month.

Their availability for the 20:00 GMT kickoff was questioned because they are scheduled to represent Cameroon and Ivory Coast, respectively, at the event, which begins on Sunday.

The hosts, Morocco, who play in the opening match this weekend, have also chosen Noussair Mazraoui for the competition. Although the defender isn’t playing today, Ruben Amorim will benefit from having two of his three departing Reds visit Old Trafford to play the Cherries.

Despite battling illness in the lead-up to this game, striker Benjamin Sesko, who has missed United’s last four games due to an injury, is fit to return to the bench.

The manager makes just one change to the team that began last Monday’s 4-1 victory over Wolves on the road: center-back Leny Yoro replaces Mazraoui in the starting lineup.

Luke Shaw has been in every one of our top-flight lineups this season, while Ayden Heaven appears to be headed for his third straight Premier League start.

Because of his participation, Mbeumo continues the same trend, which is also accomplished by captain Bruno Fernandes, who is wearing the armband once more tonight.

Another Red to maintain his spot in Amorim’s starting lineup is Mason Mount, who scored with Fernandes and Mbeumo at Wolves last week.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth just makes one change: Alex Scott is replaced in midfield by Tyler Adams, who is back from suspension.

How might their absence affect United’s attack and formation?

Amad Diallo and Bryan Mbeumo’s absences for AFCON will significantly weaken Manchester United’s attacking range and creativity during the gleeful period. Their pace, honesty, and trouble from the sides have been crucial under Ruben Amorim’s system.

United loses primary wide pitfalls, forcing reliance on lower explosive options like Garnacho or Rashford, potentially reducing crosses( Amad pars 2.1 per game) and transition speed. Mbeumo’s finishing( 8 pretensions in 15 thresholds) disrupts central overloads, dropping xG affair by 0.4- 0.6 per match grounded on analogous absences.

Amorim may shift to a narrower 4-3-3 with Dalot or Shaw flipping, or emplace Mount/ Garnacho advanced, exposing fullbacks defensively. Midfielders like Fernandes cover further ground, risking fatigue amid institution pile- up against Villa, Leeds, Burnley, and City
