Bromley (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Bromley Council is considering proposals for a standalone pergola at Chislehurst Manor House, a listed building, as part of local planning submissions.

One of the plans is for a Chislehurst listed building.

Under reference 25/01704, this entails installing a stand-alone pergola and installing patio doors in place of a window at Manor House, Manor Park Road.

A two-story detached house with a basement and an integrated triple garage is being proposed for Holbrook Lane, another conservation area in the borough, and is being submitted under reference 25/01967.

Under reference 25/01939, Chelsfield Cricket Club is requesting permission to repaint its external cladding and replace its front windows and doors with UPVC double glazing.

An application to turn a portion of the ground floor and existing upper floors into two one-bedroom apartments has been filed in Widmore Road, Bromley (25/01841).

New and updated entrances that can be reached from Widmore Road are part of the plans.

A number of additional applications are also being considered, such as signage installations, garage conversions, and single-story back expansions.

Every suggestion is within a conservation area.

The applications’ complete information are available on the council’s planning website.
