Chiswick (Parliament Politics Magazine) – The inaugural Padel EPL Club World Cup, powered by Playtomic, kicks off soon at Rocks Lane Chiswick—marking a major milestone for British padel sport.
Rocks Lane Padel and the EPL have expanded internationally, showcasing Padel’s remarkable global expansion. In order to compete in the EPL Club World Cup, London 2025, which will take place from July 3–5 at Rocks Lane Chiswick, which is conveniently located near Turnham Green tube station on Chiswick Back Common, 16 teams will travel to and remain in Chiswick starting on July 1.
More players from all around the world will be attending this three-day festival than any other event ever held in the UK, marking another first for Rocks Lane Padel.
Eight teams from all over Europe competed in the main tournament last year, and eight major corporate sponsors were able to play with some of the best padel masters in Europe thanks to the EPL Corporate Cup.
Rocks Lane Padel was able to send a team of the top British juniors to compete in the FIP European Junior Championships in Budapest thanks to the money raised from the corporate events.
Several well-known figures from the sports, media, and entertainment industries will be joining this year’s outstanding EPL team lineup. They will compete in the EPL Sprint in addition to the major events, including Harry Tincknell, one of Britain’s most thrilling racers and a European champion.
Aatif Nawaz, a local Chiswick fitness coach influencer and founder of LDN Mums Fitness, Sarah Campus, Olympic Hockey Gold Medallist Sophie Bray, MBE Sophie Bray, award-winning actor, presenter, BBC cricket commentator, and stand-up comedian, as well as Sky Sports presenters and reporters Jo Wilson & Gail Davis, will be joining a fantastic mix of No. 1 and top UK padel pro players in the EPL Sprint Pro Am.
Award-winning journalist and broadcaster Suzanne Baum will host the 2025 EPL Club World Cup in London, with broadcasting and live streams provided by local company Shoot Blue.
Numerous local, national, and international event sponsors, such as Handelsbanken, Cancha, Mercedes Benz of West London, Shoot Blue, Chiswick Physio, Sipello, M&G Investments, Playtomic, Babolat, Cano Water, BOL Foods, YEW, Pokita, and Execuzen, will be participating in the EPL Sprint and Corporate Cup.
