How does Havering council determine which HMOs to include in the weekly planning list?
Depending on when the applications are received, Havering Council decides which planning applications—including those for HMOs—to include in the weekly planning list.
Every Tuesday, the council releases a list of new applications for planning. All applications received over the last seven days are included in this list.
An application will be added to the list for the next week if it is filed on a Wednesday after the list is released.
As long as new planning applications are received within the allotted period, they are all included in the weekly list, regardless of their nature (including HMOs).
These lists are made available to the public via the council’s website, where people may also examine application details and leave comments.
