How to make iced coffee

Iced coffee is quick and easy to make and it only requires a few ingredients you probably already have in the house.

For the BBC Good Food recipe for iced coffee, you will need:

  • 200ml strong black coffee
  • 50ml milk
  • ice
  • maple syrup, optional

This super easy method for making iced coffee starts just like you would normally make a cup of coffee.

Make 200ml of black coffee in a cup as per the instructions on the pack.

Allow the coffee to completely cool before starting the next step.

When the coffee is cold, you can tip it into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice.

You can also add maple syrup at this point if you are using it.

In the blender, blitz the mix until it is smooth and well-mixed.

You want the iced coffee to have a delicious foamy texture.

Then pour the iced coffee into a chilled tall glass and it is ready to drink.
