The alone burglar came while she was not at home and stole £150,000 worth of Hermes handbags, £15,000 in cash, and £10.4 million in jewellery

As reported by BBC, the homeowners are offering £500,000 to anyone with information that helps catch the thief.

The thief is described as a white man, around 20 to 30 years old, dressed in a dark hoodie, cargo pants, and a grey baseball cap, with his face covered.

The suspect took £10.4m in things, including two De Beers butterfly diamond rings, butterfly-shaped pink sapphire earrings from Katherine Wang, and a Van Cleef necklace with gold, diamond, and sapphire.

With around 13,000 followers on Instagram, Ms Huang has posted glimpses of her lavish lifestyle, such as yachting in Hong Kong, travelling by private jet, and snowboarding in Aspen.

According to Detective Constable Paulo Roberts of the Met’s Central North Basic Command Unit, “This is a brazen offence, where the suspect has entered the property while armed with an unknown weapon and violated the sanctuary of the victim’s home.”

He added, “The suspect has stolen £10.4m worth of jewellery, much of which is sentimental and unique in its design, and therefore easily identifiable. We urge anyone who was in the area of Avenue Road, NW8, and saw anything suspicious to please come forward.”

The stealing occurred on Avenue Road, which connects Swiss Cottage and Regent’s Park, an area with some of the priciest homes in London.

The Officials also requested if anyone has seen this jewellery, if someone has tried to sell it to you, or have any other information available, please contact the police or Crimestoppers anonymously.
