Kate Winslet In New HBO Miniseries “The Palace” Image

Academy Award winner Kate Winslet, who is currently on the international tour of Avatar: The Waterway, will soon star in a new HBO television series entitled “The Palace”.

From “Succession” duo Will Tracy and Frank Rich and “The Queen” director Stephen Frears, the miniseries will bring the Titanic star back to the small screen following 2021’s “Murder in Easttown.” Production on the show is currently underway. in Austria and will continue in the UK.

To date we know that the series “tells the story of a year within the walls of the palace of an authoritarian regime that is beginning to unravel”. Further details of the plot have not yet been revealed, but today HBO shared online the first official image of Kate Winslet in The Palace, which we leave you as usual at the bottom of the news.

In addition to Winslet, previously announced cast members are Matthias Schoenaerts, Guillaume Gallienne, Andrea Riseborough, Martha Plimpton and Hugh Grant, while their roles are still under wraps.

Tracy, writer and producer of the HBO drama Succession, will serve as showrunner, writer and executive producer. Frears will direct and executive produce, along with Winslet, Frank Rich and Tracey Seaward.
