Southall (Parliament Politics Magazine) – Property developer Berkeley Group has revealed the next phase of its Southall regeneration, promising major new housing, and infrastructure for the area.
It started Quarter Yards, an 8.9-acre neighborhood that’s a part of the company’s main 88-acre design, The Green Quarter.
Quarter Yards, which will serve as a new entry point to the Elizabeth line and connect locals to Paddington in 13 twinkles and Heathrow Airport in 10 twinkles, is positioned near Southall station.
A new city center with 105,000 square bases of area for stores, cafes, caffs, and flexible workspaces is the thing of the development.
Inspired by Southall’s 19th-century brickmaking tradition, Brickfields, a collection of 59 workrooms and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, is at the center of the new phase.
