“We act as planning consultants to N.P Josan Romford Ltd t/a GDK who wish to operate a new Class E restaurant use from the above premises.”

The plans were approved with constraints by the Havering Council on Monday, November 25.
Under GDK, the extraction and odor control system must be kept in “good working order and retained for the lifetime” of the unit and installed and run in complete compliance with the details authorized by the council.
To “protect the amenity of occupiers of nearby premises,” no cooking will be permitted until the extraction and odor control equipment is built.
