Hit-and-run in Dagenham leaves woman injured

Barking And Dagenham (Parliament Politics Magazine) – A woman is hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash in Dagenham. The driver failed to stop at the scene, prompting police to launch an investigation.

At 9:56 p.m. on February 21, Metropolitan Police officers were contacted regarding the collision in Wood Lane. 

Along with other members of the London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service, they were sent to the scene. 

At the scene, one of the two cars involved did not stop. 

While the issue was being handled and a woman was being sent to the hospital, the route was closed.

What measures are being taken to prevent such actions in future?

Based on standard accident prevention procedures, a number of actions can be taken to stop similar incidents in the future.

Inspecting locations that are more prone to accidents on a regular basis, such as areas with heavy traffic or areas that require a lot of machinery.
