Lord Farmer

Lord Farmer is a businessman and has been a Conservative Peer since October 2014. He is also a vocal supporter of welfare and prison reform and was commissioned by the Ministry of Justice to carry out two reviews, firstly how supporting men in prison to have better family and other relationships can reduce reoffending rates and secondly on the importance of relationships for female offenders' rehabilitation, which is also being implemented.
