The 96th edition of Pitti Bimbo kicks off today at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. The event, on the agenda until Friday 20 January, offers the collections of 230 brands, of which 70 percent from abroad. Pittiway is the new theme of the Pitti Immagine winter exhibitions. “Pittiway underlines the many choices that we are led to evaluate in order to get out of the complicated global traffic jam”, underlined Agostino Poletto, general manager of Pitti Immagine. “In this difficult, but also creative, innovative, different moment, the Pitti Immagine exhibitions will be a compass to define new directions, hypothesize routes, consider choices and then start again.
